Season 4

Season 4 starts with a major disaster scene and shows how the people got there in 3 episodes. It is the fourth favorite season in the series.

Premise	We see a major disaster scene and no one seems to know how it happened.
Plan	We see Logan find out that the caretaker is actually an international organization that is planning to cause an accident that will kill maybe millions.
The big event	The grand plan unfolds as the organization sets off a gas that spreads so much that millions could die but Logan evacuates everyone but the plan still goes as most of Blur city is destroyed.
Recovery	Blur city starts to rebuild itsself while Logan hunts caretaker.
Haunt	Logan begins to hear someone whispering his name but can't find out who it is.
Continue	Logan keeps hearing the voice for months until he breaks down and begins speaking to himself and is shocked to find out that it speaks back .
Chances	Logan questions his sanity but a dna test detects traces of a mixed chemical that wil only last two more days if they give him the antidote.
Descent	Logan finds a cave system that has has an unhuman language and metal that peirces his skin and makes him dehydrated.
Above	When Logan reachs the surface and finds the city has made an amazing progess in rebuilding and is shocked to find out he has been stuck in the cave for half a year.
Storm	Logan is shocked when the biggest storm ever documented begins to come to Blur city threatening to knock back all the progress its made over the year.
